General registration opens February 7, 2023 at 7AM EST!

Calling all camp-loving teens! Join us for a leadership experience this summer! Program Aides (Grades 8-9) and Counselors in Training One and Two (Grades 10-12*) dive into the camp experience, honing their leadership skills as they work with younger Girl Scouts at summer camp. 

• Program Aides focus on working with instructors in program areas like waterfront, archery, environmental education, and art & crafts.

• Counselors in Training focus on working with counselors and a group of campers throughout their week.

• All girls will be introduced to group leading skills, behavior management, and so much more!

• This program occurs over two weeks with plenty of time for training, experience, and play! 

* * You must complete this Instruction Week registration, choosing one facilitation week from the available choices ( week 5 or week 6 of overnight camp) during your registration process.

*Program Aides and Counselors in Training who choose to complete two consecutive weeks do go home for the weekend.

*Girl Scouts must be entering Grade 12 in the Fall of 2023. High School graduates will not be able to serve as C.I.T.s.

Are you ready to register? Make sure you have the following info handy so that registration is a breeze. You’ll need:

1. All camper medical insurance details from your ID card, including carrier, name of insured policy holder, policy/group #s, insurance company phone number, etc.

2. All information for your camper’s physician and dentist, including name, address, phone number

3. All details regarding Immunizations

4.All details regarding any medical conditions and disease/health history

5. All details regarding any camper medications/prescriptions, including name of drug, dosage instructions, etc.

Please also be prepared to enter all of your information in one sitting (of 1 hour or less before system time-out), as our registration platform will not save partial submissions or incomplete entries!

****NOTE: Please use camper's name in the beginning of registration. Parent/guardian name should only be entered at emergency contact and drop off/pick up sections.
